Alco-free
It all started from doing natural wines from berries, wild herbs and medicinal mushrooms. This know-how turned into production of alco-free "wines". Möttönen KYLMÄTEE is series of ultrasonic water kefirs – energetically smooth. Beverages to be paired with foods at top restaurants, hotels and event spaces.
We ended up running a non-alco pop up bar at various events. Botanicals, ferments, and biohack supplements can be turned into delicious, complex and vibrant mocktails that have an immediate positive effect on customers mood, feel and activity levels, boosting the day into the desired direction. Alcohol is functional, but it's effect is boring.
