I use foraged ingredients and real food.
People have always said, eating my food was an experience. Now, with the capability of operating mainly on 5D level, even more so. It's a bit hard to explain. Usually you just think how food tastes like. 5D is travelling in the surroundings the ingredients come from – understanding elements and being capable of communicating effortlessly with the food.
I'm more than happy to bring my know-how to your private event. Groups up to 12 are also welcome to dine at my studio, having a full scale multi-sensory alchemy blast.
As a conseptual chef I'm capable turning abstract ideas (like a season, nature type, feeling, memory or any theme) into a well-functioning, delicious portion or product. Challenges are to be accepted.
