Ceremonies
After studying and testing practical alchemy at lab and studio conditions, Harmonized was the first pop up -restaurant project (Helsinki, fall 2024), where universal harmony was publicly involved in my work – energetics of food in the focal role.
After that I concentrated on doing ceremonies with vinegar – opening up a portal / vortex, recieving and learning to read the information these liquids carry.
Ferments brake the molecular structure of ingredients = opening up the cell walls = more bio-availability = free agents = information in adaptogenic form = straighter bath way to 5D. +Vinegar is always a doubble ferment, bridged via alcohol, kefirs, kombucha, even lacto acids, making it the queen of ferments, or the king. Let's call them a Master. With under-pressurizing and ultrasonic, and ingredients like polypores, amanita and Labrador tea I could take it to the crazy levels – maybe boosted with Lion's Mane and BlackStuff. Lion's Mane is lowering the blood-brain barrier, like making sure there's someone at the station. And BlackStuff, derived from pine, is the guy making sure the ride is smooth and fast.
Soon enough I realized the thing was not about pumping breathwork with these weird ferments. It was about how we percieve things in general. Senses are the only portals we have between us and our surroundings. Stopping there for a while. Just observing. How things are. Taking a doft of a rose. Taking mark, where does that smell take you. What's it's message to you. Where in your body it makes it's home. Making it welcome there. Cherishing this kind of moments. When two wave movements cross. Become one. Going on a journey. Together. And understanding it's both big and small. Cause there is nothing more in this existence, than this kind of moments, when two bundles cross, become one or separate. And small cause these kind of moments are everywhere. There's nothing else.
Anyways. Multi-sensory is cool.
The name switched from Vinegar ceremony to Spatial Sensory Activation. It looks good written. I'm doing these on Thursdays at the studio (Tilkka, Helsinki). Contact me if you are interested in getting seriously clitched.
This all is profoundly interesting and I suppose I'm about to announce my first gigs very soon....!
